Waya Aesthetics – Client Policies

At Waya Aesthetics, I value your time and trust you do mine, and I am committed to providing a professional and relaxing experience. Please take a moment to review the studio policies below.

Reservation Fee

  • A $30 reservation fee is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment.

  • This fee will be charged to your credit card and applied directly to your service total on the day of your appointment.

Cancellations, Late Arrivals & No-Shows

Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. To respect both your time and that of other clients:

  • 24-hour notice is required to reschedule or cancel your appointment.

  • Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in forfeiture of the $30 reservation fee.

  • No-Shows (failure to arrive without notice) will result in forfeiture of the $30 fee plus a 25% charge of your scheduled service price (not to exceed the total service cost).

  • Arriving more than 15 minutes late is considered a No-Show. Out of fairness to all clients, your appointment will be canceled and fees will apply.

Avoiding Fees

To avoid cancellation or no-show fees, please contact Waya Aesthetics via phone or email at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment.

Payments

  • Accepted payment methods: Cash (exact change), major credit cards, Apple Pay, Cash App, PayPal, Venmo, and Zelle.

  • Credit cards must be present at the time of payment.

  • Prices are subject to change without notice.

Refunds & Returns

  • All services and retail products are final sale.

  • No refunds, returns, or exchanges will be issued.

  • Reactions may occur due to individual skin conditions, health, lifestyle, or environment. While I take every measure to ensure your safety and comfort, results cannot be guaranteed.

  • Payment is required once services are completed.

Health & Safety

  • I follow all state, federal, and CDC sanitation guidelines.

  • Please note that due to the nature of esthetic services, social distancing is not always possible. While I take every precaution, exposure to contagious illness (including Covid-19) is a possibility.

  • I ask that you also follow CDC-recommended precautions while in the studio.

Right to Refuse Service

For the safety and respect of all clients, Waya Aesthetics reserves the right to refuse service at any time.

A Note About My Pups 🐾

Waya Aesthetics is a home-based studio, and I share my space with two sweet Alaskan Klee Kai pups. They’re furry, full of personality, and sometimes like to announce themselves and others with a few barks!

Please know that the esthetics room is always thoroughly cleaned and sanitized before each appointment to ensure a safe and professional environment. That said, since my dogs live in the home, I kindly ask clients to be mindful of any pet allergies before booking.

Terms & CONDITIONS:

1. Membership Payments

  • A recurring monthly payment of $70 is required and will continue until you choose to cancel, pause, or Waya Aesthetics terminates the membership. No refunds given unless that month you decide to cancel, pause, or divide your month up.  
  • If Waya Aesthetics terminates your membership, you will no longer be eligible to rejoin or receive services at Waya Aesthetics. You will lose any points that have accumulated, and no refunds will be given.
  • Each $70 monthly payment covers a basic facial, event facial, or body facial.
  • If you schedule additional services within the same month, an additional $70 will be charged for each session.
  • Add on services will stay the same price.

2. Advanced Services & Discounts

  • Members receive $10 off original prices for advanced services.
  • If your monthly payment has already been applied, you will only pay the remaining balance after the discount.
  • I will have the prices set as is once you join and go to book, prices are on member’s page.

3. Point System

  • Points are earned based on the total dollar value of your service at the time of completion:
    • $70–$100 = 1.25 point
    • $101–$200 = 2.5 points
    • $201–$300 = 3.75 points
  • Points Usage:
    • 10 points = Basic free facial.
    • 20 points = Advanced service.
  • Points can only be redeemed for services specified by Waya Aesthetics unless stated otherwise.
  • If you cannot attend a month and your account is active, you will still earn 1 point as if a service was completed.

4. Point Transfers & Rollovers

  • Points roll over indefinitely, allowing you to accumulate and decide when to redeem your rewards.
  • Points may be transferred to another individual, provided the transfer equals at least enough points for a service.

5. Membership Pauses & Cancellations

  • Cancellations:

    • If you cancel your membership, you cannot rejoin for 1 year from the cancellation date. You will lose any points that have accumulated. No refunds will be given from past services or money that has been taken out up to cancellation date. 
  • Pauses:
    • You can skip a month up to 3 times per year without cancellation.
    • Alternatively, you may split one month into two 30-minute sessions for half the cost ($32.50/session).
    • Splits are only available for basic facials, event facial, body facials and can be used up to twice per year. you can still add on “add on services.”

6. Product Discounts

  • Members receive 5% off all merchandise purchases.
  • Opened products or date of purchase are non-returnable and non-refundable.
7. Refunds & Membership Activity
  • No refunds will be issued for unused membership payments.
  • Funds roll over and may be applied to future services.
8. Birthday, Holiday, & Surprise Perks
  • Members enjoy exclusive discounts and special treats for birthdays, holidays, or whenever Waya Aesthetics decides to celebrate you!
