Waya Aesthetics – Client Policies

At Waya Aesthetics, I value your time and trust you do mine, and I am committed to providing a professional and relaxing experience. Please take a moment to review the studio policies below.

Reservation Fee

  • A $30 reservation fee is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment.

  • This fee will be charged to your credit card and applied directly to your service total on the day of your appointment.

Cancellations, Late Arrivals & No-Shows

Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. To respect both your time and that of other clients:

  • 24-hour notice is required to reschedule or cancel your appointment.

  • Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in forfeiture of the $30 reservation fee.

  • No-Shows (failure to arrive without notice) will result in forfeiture of the $30 fee plus a 25% charge of your scheduled service price (not to exceed the total service cost).

  • Arriving more than 15 minutes late is considered a No-Show. Out of fairness to all clients, your appointment will be canceled and fees will apply.

Avoiding Fees

To avoid cancellation or no-show fees, please contact Waya Aesthetics via phone or email at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment.

Payments

  • Accepted payment methods: Cash (exact change), major credit cards, Apple Pay, Cash App, PayPal, Venmo, and Zelle.

  • Credit cards must be present at the time of payment.

  • Prices are subject to change without notice.

Refunds & Returns

  • All services and retail products are final sale.

  • No refunds, returns, or exchanges will be issued.

  • Reactions may occur due to individual skin conditions, health, lifestyle, or environment. While I take every measure to ensure your safety and comfort, results cannot be guaranteed.

  • Payment is required once services are completed.

Health & Safety

  • I follow all state, federal, and CDC sanitation guidelines.

  • Please note that due to the nature of esthetic services, social distancing is not always possible. While I take every precaution, exposure to contagious illness (including Covid-19) is a possibility.

  • I ask that you also follow CDC-recommended precautions while in the studio.

Right to Refuse Service

For the safety and respect of all clients, Waya Aesthetics reserves the right to refuse service at any time.

A Note About My Pups 🐾

Waya Aesthetics is a home-based studio, and I share my space with two sweet Alaskan Klee Kai pups. They’re furry, full of personality, and sometimes like to announce themselves and others with a few barks!

Please know that the esthetics room is always thoroughly cleaned and sanitized before each appointment to ensure a safe and professional environment. That said, since my dogs live in the home, I kindly ask clients to be mindful of any pet allergies before booking.
